Even as such the RECOUNT involves finding numbers that have group numbers of new parameters where the numbers create the multiple 10 x increase for every hundred, thousand , ten thousand, hundred thousand and so on. So there are EVEN THEN = new groupings of numbers that are defined by the
RECOUNT of RECOUNTING. So that each new number has this RECOUNT. Lets say we want to count the 1 +10+100+1000+10 000 +100 000
It gets easy as you start but that is why the early lower numbers get into a mess. Because each new multiple 10x means that the counting will reach the
RECOUNT of the RECOUNT of the RECOUNT of the RECOUNT of the RECOUNT and so on and that each new RECOUNT will be related to each new 1 unit digit to the counting. So that this accumulates a very long count that is as long if not longer than the time of the universe as the time of the RECOUNTS and that when you're in the
billion trillion and want to count the ten billion trillion as an extra exponential , then the RECOUNT will occur 10 trillion billion times for each new 1 unit added to the count.

By counting the universes particle value as in the exp 61 the need for the definition of the counting velocity as by multiples of 10x
