ce-5film.com The basics of the ce-5 initiative and "close encounters of the fifth kind" are about using each others thoughts together in a group meditation so that the energy of the thoughts are amplified enough to be detectable by any flying saucer in the zone of thought projection, whose occupants are also using the energy resource of "thought energy" and then make contact. So what is the "thought energy on level 5 "?. And how has it been kept secret?. Well for a fact, the ability to think has been developing throughout billions of years of evolution, not only on earth but in other star systems where there are intelligent and peaceful beings. What is the story on the problems of ,"illegal secrecy"?. So I'm showing you here, the way that the 5 basic types of "thought development" has evolved from politics to government to economics and the space exploration and the peaceful contact. The earth is slowly realizing that the amounts of money spent on this development from previous civilizations to our own, has been beyond the margins for their total cost together. So our civilization is basically using the data on "thoughts and thinking" to develop every conceivable type of technology that has gone over the margin of the cost of other intelligent civilizations and their technology. By being over the limit, minimally, has made the problems of, "illegal secrecy" problematic in that the "short change" could appear to be corrupt in the view of alien beings who have no ,"short change economy". Meaning they are economical, in larger units of economy. And that's the problem when there are many civilizations on earth and only one civilization of "peaceful alien contact". We are basically making mistakes in the ways that "space exploration" needs the "change of the tax" for there to be a market with revenue as the "short change of small amounts" as the g.n.p or gross national product of the "short change in the pocket as = over the amounts of everything put together in one year because of the difference of space expenditure. So the problem is that an expenditure for space exploration= 100 billion and the short change for every dollar is = 0.0000007 cents. The resulting "rent" on the money goes over the limit of the 100 billion very fast. While a alien civilization spends 100 billion of their own economy, they have no minimal "cent amounts" and are free to use technology on their planets and in free space. Imagine that earth has to pay the residual money amounts as renting in space as related to every space technology in orbit or on other planets and star systems. This may actually define the limitations of space economy with other alien beings and the way we develop space exploration technology by things ,like the, "gap drive" as seen in "the gap series of scifi" that cover the extra costs by "jumping through the space continuum". instead of having the revenue for peaceful contact, the money spent on rent makes earth look like it cannot forward and cash interactions with peaceful alien contact. The money reverses it's direction due to investment rent and small cash and the political also reverses and the time needed to solve these problems goes over the limit of contact. While the old methods of earth economy are bound by earth rotation as for each rotation either makes it in time or not, as related to the investment and contacts or, that the short change catches up with the economy. So then, what are the 5 first indicators of the first 5 thoughts about the 5 first methods to get earth into space and the tremendous amounts of money needed to expand the earth based economy without the previous civilizations and their inability to do this. |
The mars insight and then the mars 2020 rover and after that the manned mission to mars in search of the 3rd type of "thought contact" level of research into mars "previous" biology and the inclusion of any such evidence will define the 4th types of contact between humans and then the 5th as other planets become habitable. But there needs be a peaceful way to interact with any alien civilization that may be in our solar system or ones that are visiting our earth, the moon or mars.
The facts of the space force may need a peace core for the "peaceful contact " with alien beings in a "non conflictive encounter ". That would benefit the earth more than any other decision. What are some of the negative indicators for an economy in space. See Steven Donaldson and the Gap series. Scifi has gone along way to define the problems of the earth economy with peaceful alien contact. It shows how the economical problems have developed a responsive need for the "short change" as held by the owners of space services that "mine iron ore on the asteroid belt". As such ,such actors are welcome in that they envigourate the economy and the "g.n.p is on the move from our solar system to other star systems in the roles of "space miners" and their billion tonne spaceships.
So to solve the problems of the "temporal spacial" of the earth's own economy and the problems of rotation, there are "very large" space stations that handle the development in corruption that has developed. |
first, some of the specifics on the "economics and the politics of the space race" that is developing in the 2019.And then , the definition of thought that describes them best.

During the beginning of the Space Race, John F. Kennedy made it very clear that if America is going to achieve the goal of going to the moon then Americas are going to have to sacrifice. He said that if Americans aren't willing to give their blood sweat and tears to achieve this common goal, then it is not a suitable time to go to the moon. Much of the sacrifice that Americans would have to make in order to achieve making it to the moon and other accomplishments in space (satellites to helps forecast weather, etc.) would come through taxes due to the 7-9 billion dollars he was requesting of congress. Almost all of this money would come through taxes put on the tax payers, and in a time when people are already scared to death at the thought of nuclear war, tax increases were horrible. John F. Kennedy would go on to say that if we are to make it to the moon among other things, then NASA's budget would have to be 500x bigger. To spite the giant effect the tax increases had in everyday Americans, there were many upsides to increase in space exploration. Due to the massive amount of work that had to be done to bring a man to the moon within the decade, engineers, scientists, and technicians would be hired by the boatload. This giant decrease in the unemployed would help the economy greatly. This 7 to 9 billion would only be added on top of what hes previously invested in NASA in order to get the Mercury project up and running, making the number taxpayers pay even higher. To spite the giant burden paying for things like space exploration was, congress granted him the money because of the overwhelming amount of Americans that were so captivated by space that they would pay anything to peak their curiosity.

Economic Impacts of the Space Race By: Kimia The space race was a competition between the United States and the Soviet Union that occurred during the Cold War. They competed for dominance in space technology and spaceflight, which spurred many significant inventions and events. Some of these inventions and events include the first-ever landing on the moon, the first artificial satellite to be launched into the Earth’s orbit, the establishment of NASA, the invention of the microprocessor computer, the invention of satellite communication technology, and other direct and indirect impacts. Each of the different events and inventions that spawned from the space race have had significant impacts on the United States economy. After the end of World War II on September 2, 1945, a new era called the Cold War began. The Cold War was a non-violent state of political and military tension between the democratic and capitalist United States and the communist Soviet Union: two of the biggest powers of the world at the time. However, they were drastically different in both economy and politics, allowing rivalry to build up. They both wanted to become the most powerful nation of the world, and both feared that the other nation would rise up to become the most powerful nation of the world.

some of my thoughts about this:
by Henryk Szubinski
as related to, "yes we can do it" as the space exploration and the economy related to politics and the main motivations of "going beyond" as the
politicians = think
economists = the declaration of the prerogative.
space technologies=the relative reference of being in one place as the main message of "how to displace through space"
the response of the economy= the meaning of the ability to "think about the economy on the moon and on mars".
the data concerning space exploration( history and new advances) as i go to space example, =the meaning of the first definition, "to think in space"
as reporting back = viability of the government to relate to political terms of language use as the = commercial value of the space exploration (related to the development of the thought= viability as the hard life on mars may have new inputs of technology".
So it's important to "think = survive, because that's our instinct in relation to surviving on other planets".
as such explorers in space are already making advances with their name on a disc on a probe on mars= the thought value of the demand to
respond to the "project aim" = to be able to "listen in" on the mars environment on missions like "insight" and ,"2020 rover", as i have applied, the
functions are there previous to the manned mission to mars in 2021.
thoughts go together into emotions, that go into, qualitative experience that has viability of applied methods of translation.
So any and every type of response by way of questions posed to astronauts on mars or beyond are , responsive to their descriptive because of the ability to think and to have such memory of the experiences on mars.
Also, the functions of the "film cameras in use " on mars will record the language and descriptive of the astronauts story and this will rely on the ability to respond the environment of mars with thoughts about mars and then the language used as may define mars in a new descriptive sense, that, "it has power" and has something of the "legendary" feeling as shared between astronauts because we will definitely have more news and media coverage of the mars manned mission than any other such missions to the moon.
The functions of the ,"thought cam" and relays of questions as the: "what are you thinking about" posed to the astronaut on mars from the public on earth.
So when the "2020" mission to mars is locating the previous biological life forms, they are in fact searching for the early imprints to ,"think about" as the way forwards with the ,"2021" mission where astronauts will be , "thinking". In this way ,also, the start of the insight mission "2018" is also the pre work on the functions of , "thinking processes" , as the reference of them together= 123 or 321 or 231
The clues are everywhere present.
The function of thought and it's various knowledge bases are infinite and eternal, in that they are so large that they could define the whole of the space race , need.
As such there are "sigils" that assist the thought as related to the economical value of some project "representation".
what is "thought" as
defined by Wikipedia
date 2019,01,08
Thought encompasses an "aim-oriented flow of ideas and associations that can lead to a reality-oriented conclusion".[1] Although thinking is an activity of an existential value for humans, there is still no consensus as to how it is adequately defined or understood.
Because thought underlies many human actions and interactions, understanding its physical and metaphysical origins and its effects has been a longstanding goal of many academic disciplines including philosophy, linguistics, psychology, neuroscience, artificial intelligence, biology, sociology and cognitive science.
Thinking allows humans to make sense of, interpret, represent or model the world they experience, and to make predictions about that world. It is therefore helpful to an organism with needs, objectives, and desires as it makes plans or otherwise attempts to accomplish those goals.
Etymology and usage[edit]
A Pensive Moment (1904), by Eugene de BlaasThe word thought comes from Old English þoht, or geþoht, from stem of þencan "to conceive of in the mind, consider".[2]
The word "thought" may mean:[3][4]
- a single product of thinking or a single idea ("My first thought was ‘no.’")
- the product of mental activity ("Mathematics is a large body of thought.")
- the act or system of thinking ("I was frazzled from too much thought.")
- the capacity to think, reason, imagine, and so on ("All her thought was applied to her work.")
- the consideration of or reflection on an idea ("The thought of death terrifies me.")
- recollection or contemplation ("I thought about my childhood.")
- half-formed or imperfect intention ("I had some thought of going.")
- anticipation or expectation ("She had no thought of seeing him again.")
- consideration, attention, care, or regard ("He took no thought of his appearance" and "I did it without thinking.")
- judgment, opinion, or belief ("According to his thought, honesty is the best policy.")
- the ideas characteristic of a particular place, class, or time ("Greek thought")
- the state of being conscious of something ("It made me think of my grandmother.")
- tending to believe in something, especially with less than full confidence ("I think that it will rain, but I am not sure.")
Huike Thinking, a portrait of the Chán patriarch Dazu Huike attributed to the 10th-century painter Shi KeDefinitions may or may not require that thought
- take place within a human brain (see anthropomorphism),
- take place as part of a living biological system (see Alan Turing and Computing Machinery and Intelligence),
- take place only at a conscious level of awareness (see Unconscious Thought Theory),
- require language,
- is principally or even only conceptual, abstract ("formal"),
- involve other concepts such as drawing analogies, interpreting, evaluating, imagining, planning, and remembering.

each of these has the 5 elements of the "thought" as conveyable to those interested in space exploration of the, "old ways" of space exploration.
So for the space force development there are always , "artisans and brawlers".
= new ways to think about ,"wanting to be in space", and the "thought as the answer".
The use of the "Apollo" insignia or "sigil" implies the reference to the largest culture and it's thoughts as they were developed in their methods of the ,"ancient Greek civilization".
