Sirius Disclosure on "ART LANGUAGE " and "Language ART"
as SCIFI science and peaceful contact with aliens who have
advanced ART of their technology as their free expression.
by Henryk Szubinski
The types of art presented here have been widely discussed among
language artists from the art types of Punk to the problems of
interpreting archaeology and most of the genealogy of ancient
peoples. The exchange of them indicate that there was once such
an exchange of language that made art of their words and that
words become their own art types as typical of that peoples.

Language Arts (also known as English Language Arts) is the name given to the study and improvement of the arts of language. Traditionally, the primary divisions in language arts are literature and language, where language in this case refers to both linguistics, and specific languages.[1] According to the International Council of Teachers of English, the five strands of the language arts are reading, writing, speaking, listening, and viewing (visual literacy).[citation needed] In schools, language arts is taught alongside Science, Mathematics, and Social Studies
According to professors of the language arts,[who?] the most important topic of it is debating. When writing essays, the important part is stated to be the argument – for instance, the opinion of the writer, the opinion of an expert, or the opinion of a specialized human. Another important part of the debating in the essay (of language arts) is the proof. The writer can have statistical proof, or other forms of numerical, phonetic, and symbolic proof.

Reading goes beyond calling words to understanding the information presented in a written or a visual context.

"[Art as Language] is in itself extremely valuable as an example of the still largely unappreciated relevance of Wittgenstein's work to traditional philosophical issues. . . . This book, as a more or less encyclopedic critique of aesthetic theories from a Wittgensteinian perspective, will be enlightening to aesthetic theorists who want to know, not what Wittgenstein said about art, but what the relevance of his work is to their use of language as a point of reference for interpreting art."—Choice
"In a series of acute arguments, Hagberg dismantles the region of grand aesthetic theory that defines art in the terms philosophy has traditionally used to define language. . . . Written with excellence in argumentation, judiciousness, and a capacious knowledge of Wittgenstein."—Daniel Herwitz, Common Knowledge
"A clear and intelligent book. Hagberg's strategy is to show the consequences of holding a Wittgensteinian view of language and mind for aesthetic theories which are either based on, or analogous to, other non-Wittgensteinian positions about language and mind. This is an important project."—Stanley Bates, Middlebury College

Magic in fiction is the endowment of characters or objects in works of fiction with powers that do not naturally occur in the real world.
Magic often serves as a plot device and has long been a component of fiction, from the days of Homer and Apuleius down through the tales of the Holy Grail and King Arthur, to more contemporary authors such as J. R. R. Tolkien, C. S. Lewis, Ursula K. Le Guin, Robert Jordan, Terry Brooks, J.K. Rowling, Mercedes Lackey, and Derek Landy.
science fiction as Magic (blade Runner movie).
SCIFI language types such as on alien computer screens may represent the ART of LANGUAGE.
the LANGUAGE of ART may represent the whole history of ART as represented by aliens because their history of ART has reached Earth first from aliens from outer space that
have their LANGUAGE of ART as made into the expression of their Planet or planets.
So that each of the squares represents some ALIEN history from some time period where they themselves represents their language together with humans when peaceful contact occurs with humans and aliens.
Language has power, but as ART it has peaceful meanings.
