The beginnings of defining the things needed

Gerard Oneill starts from the basics of the Whole as then projected into stage 2 as the motion of the whole volume of things needed as the fact that Earth's gravity is doing the work for you as you increase the volume and mass of the data ,this also has gravity that is needed. So then, the functions of the need to center the types of volumes as related to the lowest gravity to the highest gravity information which translates into the zero gravity of the first plans to be delivered into space with the first PLAN computers such as those that are
used by basic engineers. In this regard the beginnings of the zero gravity data and it's computation surface could make the comparisons with the later developed branches from this zero gravity =2 as
1) planning for zero gravity
2) making zero gravity computations on zero gravity computers.
The need then for the expansion of the zero gravity field will be the first data plans made as
they gain volume
and start to accumulate the basic input definitions with their out puts so that they are no longer zero referenced and the basic function starts to make itself known as "any input = any output" of the knowledge of the first gravity function in the positive mass and the second gravity function of the extra mass and the gravity output as the change in the sides of the earth and space start to free themselves from the need to be controlled by "Earth gravity based
plans and computations".At this 2nd stage away from the 1 to 26 and the a to b, the "full knowledge of the requirements to make it into space "are already set as "having full knowledge" as the gravity functions.
Meaning that the
letters =numbers and
zero gravity plans =zero gravity computations as their development into full knowledge of the gravity 1 and m1 as = gravity 2 and mass 2.
Easier than making space habitats in space because the book could be the first to make it into space
as the need for the plans to be there as the first book to read when in space.
