Mars settlements
projective theory

The development of Mars will of course be related to culture.
The Mars Insight mission with 2 400 000 names on it's disc will
go a long way to show how our perceptions of our names has real
values in relation to where we end up on Mars and why the Insight
mission is monitored from space by the 2 cubesats.
To which distribution of peoples has it's origins in ancient Europe as
settlements were preferably related to hard ground, meaning stable
geological motions of the Earth and the possibility of building on top of
it.
So then, depending on ones name, the position on Mars surface is easy
to place.
There are many variables of name=culture on Earth. For example, China town,
the Jewish quarter, the Greek town and their shops and many more ,such as the
Indian shops in "little India". All have their origin in the types of objects they
value most and their
ability to create an economy on this. So then, this economical drive will be
important on Mars as settlements develop from small habitats and then into
gene expression of ones culture as man finds ways to expand his own type.

Insight set down on Mars on the Elysium Planitia, translated ," the plain of ideal happiness".
That the insight probe is still trying to drill into hard rock it has encountered some problem. The ground is too hard. But that's not a misnomer ,rather it shows that there is enough hard ground to build future settlements on it.

Culture is the shared customs, beliefs, attitudes, and values of a group of people that have been accumulated over a period of time. Examples of cultures include the Hispanic, Chinese, Jewish, Irish Catholic, and Haitian cultures.
Here are the possible ,new settlements and their types, related to cultural backgrounds.
To claim land as related to ancient traditions of the elite families from the above mentioned cultures, of the Earth, involves defining the type of hard grade value that one wants to claim as ,for example density or hardness =1 in the position of the Insight probe.
Each has some temperament.
As the best for building on.
So too then, when elite families develop ,their position will be centered as the first reference to hard value. This defines our ancient European elites as "kings and Queens, princes and princesses".
So then the place of " Elysium Planitia " may be defined as grade 1 hard because the insight drill has encountered problems in that the stone is "too hard".
In reference to this being the first drill to find the values of the inner Mars factors, the claim on this place may be defined as claim= density 1 as medium value
for settlements on Mars. It will save a lot of time to have this worked out.
So then to claim this region of Elysium Planitia by usage of the insight pass; it is easy by way of stating that the claim is by me ,the claimant and as such being the claimant means that the claim is transferred to Insight as NASA ownership by way of the insight pass.
This is tradition and it has been the way of the explorers of America that had claimant rights to any land they sought to populate as settlers ,meaning they knew how to settle the rights of transferred ownership. They were also "pioneers" of the early history of America and this definition ;"pioneer" is there are the ;"pioneer 10 " missions whose function is to claim lands in the name of humans on any planet in the solar system or outside it as it's current position is on the outer edge of the solar system, perhaps we would get free claims to land from peaceful alien civilizations with the plaque on it showing man, woman and our position and our technology.
Shown here is the NASA Insight landing position on the surface of Mars.
Pioneer 10 and the claimants as man and woman existing on the outer edge of the solar system as pioneers of the 70's and beyond.

Which direction are we going in as regards the settlements on other planets?.
China town in it's technological expansion on Earth but also on Mars as an example of the type of feeling it conveys as cultural.
So of course the various cultures would see the possibility of expression of their origins in bigger references because land on other
planets is larger than most countries are in size reference to the size of current countries on Earth.
So the expression would be 2000 % greater or more ,for each culture for each countries drive to settle on other planets like Mars.
