DIVING into SYMBIOSIS

The thing about swimming lessons is that as an instructor you need to be together in one place and agree to the instructions given and help each other out.
I did this exercise a few times, building up my confidence. Because it is such a new experience of being in total contact with the ocean, it feels a bit like halting time and ceasing to exist . But because i timed it to about 20 seconds , which most divers can hold their breath for and in low lying water, it''s not that difficult to get used to the effect. You just have to convince yourself that the oxygen will last.
The experience is much like experiencing the beginnings of creation, and the language for it is the language of cognitive channeling by using one's own medicine by telling yourself that : "it will be alright, i'm not going to die, i have enough experience of diving to sustain this",(basically divers can stay underwater for 30 seconds without trouble), Though this is an easy exercise i recommend you are adult enough to trust your feelings.
The basics of the 3 stages are what most define as blue water points, a few exist and many claim to have gained old age from them. They exist in Japan (Okinawa beach) and in the Bahamas and even in Sweden where there is a blue point of lakes where there are more than 100 hundred year old's.
