based on an observation of a YouTube video about Mega Earth Quakes , that then displayed the basic outlines of the mega Earth quakes and their vulcano's as similar in shape to the whole
area where there are human settlements. This basic area similarity was on an angle to the view from the side of the Earth where Japan faces the
Western part of Earth at night. So the basic layer of the Earth and the hot spots was visable previous to the area of the settlements and lights
that resulted as the Area a bit to the West. Meaning that the lower layer of geological activity and settlements has a superimposed view from the East to the West
as the basic representation of the settlements by some degree of Earths rotation that shows the degree time = layer when the view from the Pacific defines the
-height of the layer previous to rotation x time. So the Earth is much like a time mashine in this regard.
Weight change of the zone 2 would tip one side of the mega continent into the ocean that would be the MEGA ocean that fills the rotating edge of plasma.When this size of techtonic plates starts to rotate, the effect is the DRIFT of the outsides of the Mega continent into one very large division of the remaining continental area that then creates a rift like that on Mars and the Mariner Valley.
