How Plutarch may be the type of alien awareness of us humans by the time dialation being turned the other way round in
relation to their own NOW history.Where we observe the stars as how they were long ago ,the aliens may be observing
the chance for peaceful contact by observing us in the stars that show them how long ago we existed and the fact that
both points of view may support the theory of direct times of observation being true.
The fact that Plutarch was born
c. AD 46 – AD 120)[1] was a Greek historian, biographer, and essayist, known primarily for his Parallel Lives
may account for the fact that he was probably the only known historical figure that lived in an interval of the time
BC to AD. Meaning that he was also the first to have his age in the normal human age bracket and that this was
the age 120 -46 =74 or about the length of one lifetime.
So based on this premise and the fact that aliens may be in our BC time by time dialation and that we humans are
in the alien time bracket of something similar to the AD.
SO then , to define the true time dialation ,lets define the function of PLUTARCH as 74 years and then the
basic c difference of the light representation as
the BC /AD being =c
or simply
t1 / t2 =c with the time dialation + 74 being the INVERSE of the t2/ t1
the Temple of Apollo at Delphi, where Plutarch served as one of the priests responsible for interpreting the predictions of the oracle.
Could be that there was some concept of the time variables of gods and of men also as from another time in the future.

The Pythia (/ˈpɪθiə/,[1] Greek: Πυθία [pyːˈtʰi.a]), commonly known as the Oracle of Delphi, was the name given to the priestess of the Temple of Apollo at Delphi who served as the oracle.
The Pythia was established in the 8th century BC,[2] and was widely credited for her prophecies inspired by being filled by the spirit of the god (or enthusiasmos), in this caseApollo. The Pythian priestess emerged pre-eminent by the end of 7th century BC and would continue to be consulted until the 4th century AD. [3] During this period the Delphic Oracle was the most prestigious and authoritative oracle among the Greeks, and she was without doubt the most powerful woman of the classical world. The oracle is one of the best-documented religious institutions of the classical Greeks. Authors who mention the oracle include Aeschylus, Aristotle, Clement of Alexandria, Diodorus, Diogenes,Euripides, Herodotus, Julian, Justin, Livy, Lucan, Nepos, Ovid, Pausanias, Pindar, Plato, Plutarch, Sophocles, Strabo, Thucydides and Xenophon.
Apollo may figure as an extra terrestrial god in this point of view.
