The water pressure in Europe =Example: A normal domestic water main is operated at 400,000 – 600,000 Pa (4 – 6 bar ). This means that even at relatively small pressures the “figures” become already quite large and unmanageable.
How about the water and the atmospheric pressure as observed from space?.
Sea level variance as seen with the nasa's "eyes simulation" shows that Asian coast lines have the largest as 150 mm per 3 months
The sea levels of the European main land has =12 to 30 mm on average (about 20 mm) per 3 months of sea level variation around
Hong Kong and Japan.
So that could be converted to:
150 / 20 =7.5 mm difference as units in change.
This could be the water pressure as related to the sea rise effect as the Asian has -7.5 and Europe has the +7.5 as the basic comparisons of the
zero= the sea level at normal.
So the highest possible water sea level pressure has to be 7.5 times 2 = 15 of some unit that basically means that because Europe has higher water pressure, it has to be
equally shared by the larger amount of sea rise as compared to Asia as lower water pressure . So the European water pressure goes over the mid =zero by about 10 and the Asian would be about +5
So that they are in keeping with the sum total being 15 as the water level of sea rise.

Thus the possibility of there being some way to get passed all of the problems and still keep and interest in science as it goes over to scifi science, is that the "layer 3 effect" might be present as the water layer that best survives ,both on it's surface and in space without any burn off. So this 3 continuum might actually be the continuum of the warp drive and how to displace to "ideal planets " for water and oxygen interaction where to drink is not problematic and where to breathe is not difficult.
The movie "contact" is like this. It shows the continuum to reach the ultimate warp drive into other planets that are "ideal" each and every one of them is, and the way between them must be the contact between them as the 3 rd layer exists everywhere, we are able to think it as being so.
