The basic need for a telescope that is so large that to define the exact same time between galaxies, the end or verge of the telescope would need to have a super microscope at the other side of the telescope. These types of cylinders exist and will be shown to define the dark matter and dark energy of space as the microscopic side of the telescope that observes the burn holes through space when the galaxy observed has some S vector sum close to zero or the visable matter of the universe.
This work defines the need for super microscopes at the ends of super long telescopes to define the type of matter or particles that exist on the closest neighbour, the Andromeda galaxy ,as the evidence needed to show that the matter types exist on any planet there with it's variances of relations to other human civilizations and their observations of the universe and our milky way. So the telescope and the microscope would have to be so large and so small that they would link together galaxies separated by at least 1 million light years this might be impossible because none can build such super gigantic telescopes equipped by the most powerful microscopes. , That then , the vector sum of the two when observing particles on another planet of the Andromeda galaxy, would create the 90 % unknown and the 10 % known universe where the 0,63 are the first observed particles common to our galaxy and another. This we know from evidence of exo planets and their common compositions of elements and particles as the 1 % of the common that needs to develop into the 10 % of the visable universe and beyond the 90 % of the dark matter of the universe as common factors for particles known for every galaxy .To observe particles on other planets and other galaxies needs some explanation.It would be difficult but there are already 0,5 of them known (as defined in the result of this experiment ) .This microscopic and super magnified size relations of large and small and the stability needed to keep the micro and magnified images still to observe them are the basics of the force field around a galaxy that keeps the field still , and then define the point where the microscopic changes to the magnified or the magnified change to microscopic by division of at least the 0,5 radius of the galaxy and at least the multiple 1 alpha or beta 2x multiple back of the radius contact of a planet in the Andromeda to the force field of it's galaxy . These force fields exist around every galaxy. So to change from large to small creates burns in space that open holes in space and their burn then , may be defined by the force field around the galaxy as the place where the burn occurs and protects it by the force of the burn at the limit of the visable by the human eye.The exchange of the small and large basically happens so fast that it burns holes through space.
You could use a super fast laser sent to the Andromeda galaxy with a holographic microscope at one end and a holographic magnifier at this end so that the information stored could be sent back to Earth.
Burning holes in space by focused point lensing of particles. SO the size of the lens is very long and the point at one end of it may be the size of a particle so that particles focus light this way to lens the light into a burn in space that then opens a burn hole.

That Newton had the following approach : let's say there exists a document with a letter =a and then there exists the other letter b that then has to displace through space to make sense of the letter a or it's factor. Because they are both involved in the event of describing a=b and ab =alteration of the first fact of a, there must be some b in the universe that defines it's relation to mathematics as a=b but prior to a or after the a as =b.

However this subsequent relationship may exist when the b does as yet not exist as a calculation but that the effect of the a displacing through the space to b would effect the a to change density or shape so that it would become warped in the b density and as such give the exact answer to why a = b . And this space ,by relation of maths of the non existant b must imply that the a exists as a reason for the non existance of the b. So then , the non existance of the b may define the space in the Surface area of b as the place where the forwards proof of the a may coexist with the non existance of the a. So then ,the non existance of both ,may be the method by which the come into existance by the proofs of b as the existance of a future time or factor that may use the non a existance in forwards time to define which was first, the a or the b.
So the theory below will basically use this as the language of why one Integer follows another and how their inclusion or preclusion may be used to compute unknowns.

The metric 10,63 then has a larger value than the 10 x multiple system of counting by about 0,63 units so that this defines that there is not total symmetry previous to a surface with some density and after some particle has changed from 1 dimensional space into that dense area of the surface. Stated otherwise , the non density of a particle may displace from 1D or alpha into the 2D or beta by moving through the density and as such effecting the surface by curvature or warping of the surface.So that the alpha defines the burned space and the beta defines the surface through which the change of energy displaces as S into the basic space being 10 times larger than the 0,63 universe of matter or energy or force that displaces the alpha into the beta so that their root may define the MIDI point and how this has displaced from the current 10x decimal and multiple system into the 0,63 or 0,63 percentile band range of the ark matter and energy in the universe.
