More effective signal displacement by using the Moon as the reflector of signals to replace satellites.

Instead of using satellites around the Earth that displace signals back to the Earth, the alternative could be to use the Moon as the same signal function by way of reflection of signals from Earth to the Moon and back again to Earth. When in question about the dark side of the signal problem that only half the sky would be covered, consider that the signal displaces from the Moon to the Earth where it is reflected back to the Moon as the relay station concept of keeping the signal surface in the whole circumference of signals by using 2 stations on the Moon.
When the signal has been reflected the first time and then the second time, the total as the sum of the reflections will = the delay in the signal time as it becomes related to the new direction of the mix between;
Earth to Moon to Earth

mix= Earth +Moon+Earth=Earth+Moon+Earth.
mix=4 Earth + 2Moon
as 6 signals in total as the hexagonal vector motion
around the Earth and Moon.
By alteration of the signal velocity ,the signal should get to the other side.
The need for the interval could be the large geological topography of the mountains beneath the Earth's ocean surface that will, when on edge with the Moon ,be able to displace and reflect the signal to the alternate side of the diagonal for more contact with the Moon.
The ocean depths as based on the MARIANA TRENCH as the deepest place on Earth's oceans would define the angle of the incline as displacing the signals from the Moon to the other side by the extra depth of the Earth's circumference.
This could be the station that remains as the need for extra space signaling will continue on the larger scale so that
Mars could also have this, together with it's 2 Moons.
And many other planets could cover the whole range of distance between planetary and lunar reflections.As the type 1
civilization, this could be used in type 2 as the Sun has some reflectability of other types of signals such as gamma rays.
And the type 3 as the galactic could define reflections of signals by the spiral effect of the time dilation being accellerated
