How to help those with thought problems

The following, then , are a set of visualization exercises that let you become symbiotic with water. Do not breathe in water. Here is the exercise:
You're born you come out to reality take your first exhalation to the world ,forget the water immersion dream and face the solid reality of the Earth's surface.We have eyes and the oxygen (fig 4) that give us the ability to orientate on solid ground .It is the solid reality of the hospital environment we are born into. But when the
dream is fluid like water we are still trying to be born and have to reach the surface of the water immersion there is another reality facing the born (fig 1) , it is the real oceans of Earth ,large and very flat at some places ,because they are very large. Just like the Earth is solid for those that have completed the main task of being born, there are those that are left with the problem of the real oceans, like the Atlantic, the Pacific . The answer is the surge upwards, the basic force of the surface above water where waves move
with the oxygen of the air (fig 2) . To exit this is then the task and to take the first breaths among other humans .These factors of air are real and the need of making it out of the depths and to the surface is also real . This is as basic as learning to do the exhalation exercise of being born normally .It happens in the small time interval previous to the solid reality of facing Earth. But when having started from the ocean ,then, there is another fact, that of the swim back to the shore to stand on solid ground that has to take place.
It is this that has to be done The basics of the swim and the exhalation may be visualized ,as on an angle to the place where you're mind set has been placed . By moving upwards you're still going to be in the ocean .So to swim upwards at an angle helps you connect with the shore and the solidity of the beach . This helps you exit from the awareness of immersion in water so that the vector back to normality is faster (fig 5).
here are the facts of still being breathing from water to air and not being released from existance. Humans have learned to this in evolution . Most aqua marine life cannot and neither can most of the land based biology from invertebrates to vertebrates. This is basically inside of us,in our genes, as the way that we became humans . It passes on from mother to son. Like ever factor for evolutionary survival, the human drive is to breathe the oxygen we who who do not use it while we hold our breath and dive into the depth's. So being convinced of continually saving one's own oxygen while on the surface of Earth might be the way that water and oxygen have been divided between human needs. Those who stay on the surface and breathe have better chance of surviving than those who are under water. So thought problems might be due to the evolution of the
selfish gene. This gene defines, then that some would rather pretend to be immersed in water to conserve oxygen and suppose that they still are using the oxygen that others on the surface have long ago already inhaled and exhaled.

Some key advice: start to breathe easily, not concerned about those who are underwater, gaining oxygen as you do. The extra interaction will help you in many ways. being on the surface, learn to breathe easy as you cook food and relate to the facts of reality of being on the surface. Those who are immersed do not have the ability to do this while thinking the underwater environment. Get in touch with the food circle and dare to breathe easily as you do in the basic quadrants that show you the nutritional value in amounts of breaths. Learn also to use time for every breath you take, gain it and learn more. Become a part of the planet Earth that has been breathing freely for many millenia. Ask ,question and interact.
