H2O immersion program and the half half intelligence of H2O

Water opening systems with type 1 identifications for the doors in space that are on any space station.
Basic frequency patterns in the H2O (liquid state) that mimic the type of frequency given to it by some specific
frequency alternations device. This frequency could be made to measure the human hand and the special
resonance that is generated by scanning the hand of any human with special frequency response requirements
with the hand inside a water field or volume. The basic hand input into water + the scanning frequency = the
applied change of the resonance on a detection plate behind or in front of the hand and the pattern that it
records could be changed or altered into any type of frequency sequence of signals so that when any motion of the hand by
any extra signaling motion of the hand by learning could be the half of the data and the frequency of the water could be
any other half of the signal reception in a water intelligent computer so that when both halves are combined to
the true user ,the person may be able to use the H1+ as one side and the 2H+ on the other side in totally oxygen sealed environments.
The basic data that could be generated by the water intelligence program could start to interface with humans in water so
that we could start to learn the language of H2O in relation to immersive water environments.
This is the basic dream vechicle for the motion in new states of water and how to define our communication with it
as the basic being it is and how to interact to derive questions and answers to the type 1,2,3 Kardavesh scale and the
types of technological civilizations energy resources.
Here is the language of the frequency program of water at stages 1 and 2 with variations on the recognitive frequency interactions of humans as applied to the combined language response which can be made to function as
stage 1 + resultant of stage 3 = stage 2
in combinations with
stage 2 + stage 3 = stage 1
as the logic of the answer and question fazing prior to giving an answer the frequency of the answer is known as well as the
question being frequency FACT prior to any answer.
