Imagine that the great oxygenation event created so much oxygen that the whole Earth could breathe and that there was so much oxygen that the Earth could breathe it's own scent, it could also see it's own light due to the activity of burned oxygen ,but it could also hear it's own sound as the oxygen gave rise to conductivity through the air and it also created the sense of taste. Meaning that the Earth was consuming itself with so may variables of it's own senses to itself that there was a need for the oxygen to find some expression in the shape of the oxygen rods.
Of course ,the bits and pieces of the ,"worn out oxygen" and the attachments to the oxygen rods, created another environment after the, "great oxygenation event". It was the creation of water, where the ,"worn out oxygen and the ,"bending sections " could envelop and hold the oxygen by way of the ionic values of them. So when we are sensing
reality, we are basically displacing our sense of the air and the good vibrations ,out of the water sense that envelops it as ," vibration bits " that may be combined in our human sense perception as a totally different feeling.

The ,"vitruvian man" by leonardo davinci shows the 5 main rods of the human shape as the arms the legs and the main trunk of the body as that which created our relationship with the creation of the 5 senses in relation to our evolution to be perceptive enough to observe the effect of our need for oxygen as the way our body appears to look.

When you seek meditation and find that there are ways to move the body beyond the mastery of the breath as taught in meditation, you are basically perceiving the clean air and the motion of this clean air in motion by the oxygen rods that have a healthy vibration in the air that motion of the body creates in symbiotic interaction.

Warrior I — Virabhadrasana I (veer-uh-buh-DRAHS-uh-nuh) — is a standing yoga pose named after a mythological Hindu warrior, Virabhadra. An incarnation of the god Shiva, Virabhadra was fierce and powerful, with a thousand arms and hair and eyes of fire.
Warrior I (Virabhadrasana I) Step your left foot toward the back of your mat to come into warrior I. Bring the left heel to the floor and turn the toes out to about a 45-degree angle. Begin to bend your right knee so it comes over the ankle.
Underlying each yoga asana a story can be found. Some of these stories are ancient myths that can reflect to us our own deepest drives, obstacles and desires. The origin of the warrior poses, Virabhadrasana I, II and III is derived from an ancient story of Lord Shiva.
