The basic engine of prosperity. The requirement for students graduating and entering the market is that they have the general 18 teen, advanced 17 teen and 16 teen very good, knowledge of H2O intelligence.
This knowledge gives nets to absorb any fall because of the introduction of the 360 degree problem. The basic student introduction to H2O intelligence is to deal with it as =360 degrees prior to graduating high school.
This article is based on some general attitude that you need some pre data and experience with the facts needed to understand type 1 technology, at least the water part which is crucial to understanding water intelligence in relation to type 1 technology and how water plays it's part along with geology and the atmosphere. So I've looked back into my past , tried to work out some differences and my conclusion of what i hope either gives the type 1 or helps it to approach type 1.
The basis of water intelligence and the early learning of being part of water intelligence program.
That the control of water is much like the early maturity of becoming an adult. The basic questions for those who are old, is that it would be somewhat late to experience. And the basis of the problems of working out the behaviour of water as the living force present everywhere where there is life, has basic relations to how it is the program or direct experience of it. So here is the age of related knowledge of the water force when you're at the ages 16,17,18. At this age the basic relations , with nature are greatest and has it's highest interactive force potential.

How early opinions about the intelligence of water and It's basic data , on how to store, not waste it, keeping the oceans clean, and the later conclusions that are based on this from my own early interest in the topic that I have developed here into some basic relations that i experienced with my fellow students. I have basically placed them in the 3 categories of the age bracket 16 to 18 and then I have related to myself in the 17 bracket (remembering that this was how i would have wanted to see it, not as it is in any limited system, me being 17 teen at the time.).

Here are the relations most people have , that some of us relate to H2O by 1,2,3 types. The facts are as such that beyond the 16 and limit of 17, people already have their minds made up about the basic facts of the composition of water, so that the intelligence of having 3 point relations is very sparse. Not many know of the 16 and its 3 relations of free association to water as intelligent.
Basically when you have had some contact to water projects in high school you're smarter than anyone.Remember that this is known as forcing what you want the way you want it. Even as such most adults consider that the 16 is your teen sweetheart and that's just the way it is.Nooooooot, the H 2 O program was very active in the late 1980's and gave intelligence to many teens.
The problem is that, when there are more people at the age of 17 teen and the program is for 16 teens, the teachers will basically call off the class and say there's not enough 16 teen year old's for the class to work. The fact that i looked up the teacher by myself and told her that it's quality not quantity that matters made her change her mind but she made the rule of restriction, that i would be her lonely student and that i would have to catch up with my class that had already gone with the class buss.I caught up with them in my teachers sporty car got on board and none knew what i knew. Even at that age , you know that they will have , the factor of the unknown until they are 18 teen and leave home, get a job and only think of H 2 O as the one particle. Basically 16 teen is the shared age, each gender has the same force ability. There are no distinctions or any bias as to the function of water. In case you're wondering what this power can do. According to Michiui Kaku when you reach type 2 "nothing in science can destroy a type 2 immortal" type 1 relates to the energy resources that are there but we can't see them ,so we're having difficulty transitioning from type zero to type 1 where the basics would be that the H atom in the H2O molecule has something that we know is there but were not so fine tuned to see it. The basic distinction for having early H 2 O knowledge gives you certain non contraints as 16 teen or 17 teen , you basically know and feel that there are no restriction until you reach 18 teen when the circumstances go with the flow.
So there are some basic descriptive that i can define to make sense of them with scientific explanations on the type 1,2,3
type 1)
Early freedom of change of the place you're in to see the universe as the molecular sea of interactive events , atoms and molecules moving about from one hemisphere to another ,getting a boost on one hemisphere and comparative with the alternate sphere . Being able to reduce or increase ( kinetic energy or change from zero entropy to 1 entropy relations of the states of matter), having the intervals of force fields as some repeatable effect where you can be proximity to the difference between the left field and the right field (entropy changes from high states of kinetic energy to lower states of kinetic energy. The true state of an object can never be zero.) .To displace through the gaps of space and alternate in the resultant missing singularity of the leap yer effect. in reverse time and still have the inclusion of the causality of time to relate to the total inclusion of particle physics or the exclusion effect of the multiverse theory as the basic gap and it's similar gaps that bind together the availability of space time in reference to integrated zones as basic flat space areas. To basically, go where none have gone before (star trek) to realize that water flatness is the basic rule of change (Archemedes ,not on only one object immersed in water but hundreds or even thousands of various objects can be input into an order of increasing numbers or decreasing numbers so that the data is never lost in the change of dynamics of the flat surface ,and their total factor) Basically you could have any object under water and still have some response of communication that continues between the zones. To have a friend throw a rock into the water and then do the same, to talk about the increased area of relativity and the effects of change in dynamics as either on the wrong side or the right one (throwing into the side the lunar pull is on or not) the information is not lost, it's basically transferred to your friend who has a new entropy value separated by some distance. In the basic types of knowledge rules and having an extra yer to think from another point of view as being talented student = the basic multiples of the H 2 O in relation to the change of view and the amount of rocks thrown into the water from one observer to another are the basic:
the BASIC SHARED H 2 O molecule as H+ and oxygen and the H+ (sea, air and land) the 3 variations of type 1 technology.
Hydrogen = rock thrown by person 1 into water as dynamic change
Oxygen = the observer throws his own stone 2 into the water and notes the change of dynamics.
Hydrogen 2= the data between them does not loose entropy, rather the distance between them ,their force and their positions as well as the angles of throw are very important.
time dilation of the time difference that defines the predictive response or destiny :Because some fight responses are basically knowing the why something is wrong and proving that you're right at a very early faze in the development of the intellect to know why the rock is now another rock ,that the water that was in change of dynamics is now twice as high as before with the new rock and that the geology force has basically been reduced 2 x and the weight ratio is now 1/2 of the buoyancy as the rocks rest on the ocean floor. That the change in 2 x rocks will push the atmosphere up and then down as the pressure in the air balances .To know you don't want to get depressed by the pressure too much and you want to feel lite weight and happy on the land ( The right stuff). The entropy of shared events will increase for one and decrease for another, but when in unison the entropy will have a increase that is 2 x 2 x 2 =8 .
The motivating force of nature is Beauty, destiny is the control of events in our life.So to have the elegance of total knowledge of the unifying principle . The unifying principles are those that we need in physics, those with elegance and beauty. In this way type 1 could be defined.
