The size of the cape indicates the size of the water volume around it, from small to large.
basically the moon has another pole than the usual south pole.
It is the change from the water volume at c) and the hard pole at d)
that makes the water reference move in the opposite direction as indicated
by e), that could be the true south pole.
So this is why the water is hiding behind it or that it is the same type of earth position where
the antarctic is located and as such should have the last remaining trace of water as kept in
the freezing temperatures but which may change as the seasons go by and the temperature goes down
and then up again and the water becomes fluid and then solid and back to fluid.

the 3 capes reappear as the abc meaning that at some time ago, the moon was blocking the water to the earth and no buoyancy on earth had yet shaped it's ability to float. At this time the lunar gravity pulled the angle of it's own motion by the abc vectors at different angles, thus creating the abc capes on earth.
The 4th cape is,"cape canavral " and it is the most important place on earth because that's where the spaceships launch technology and humans into space and with many missions to it's name.
Naturally any water on the moon would be effected by the hard moon and the angle of water being attracted by it as the :
d) to e)
So inbetwen that angle the water is being pushed from the angle previous to moon hard density as the water meets it's
opposition in 19 and reaches the motion inertial by way of the moon's vertical.
The change in volume= 12 to 19
or as 12 /19
