Basic flow of water gaining inertia due to the smaller openings that give flow of the whole system when in rotation so that the flow and the inertia become equal.
To input the spiral effect into the tubing by using creases,grooves and ridgges, the whole rotation could gain another dimension.Each section could then be free to moove in relation to the water wave displacing through it.
