METABOLIC OXYGEN (blue oxygen shift).
by Henryk Szubinski
HOW does the brain center the need for oxygen from foods without the stress of exercising to get it inside the body and
having enough of it not to burn it when eating to re substancialize it . And how this "non need for the " pre frontal cortex"
references of the use of this body energy to waste away the carbohydrates.
I will define this by the example of CURRY and it's "less than 1 minute application of the microwave effect" that creates
crystals
that are basically oxygen so that the human body needs no use of the problems of the various brain
attunements
for oxygen intake by the thalamus or the GAP between the AMIDALA and the HIPPOCAMPUS as replacing the pulse
of the brain where blood circulation needs no extra pulse for absorbtion of oxygen.
The use of clover and cinnamon to sweeten curry already exists in the curry molecule "currumin" when it is changed by the microwave effect.
There need be no extra input of these flavors because they become part of the chemical formula when the currumin is subject to the microwaves,
meaning that the reaction creates the sweetness of the two new molecules that combine into the new molecule with the formula =O2CH6
which i define as metabolic oxygen as the type of oxygen that extends life in reference to the oxygen being bound by carbohydrates that are
input into the body as learning how the body uses oxygen to become strong.
That the microwaved curry results in oxygen metabolic CLOVER and CINNAMON may help the body where cases of the need for oxygen
are problematic because the body usually starts to develop stress in relation to the need for oxygen as living longer. The only way to gain more oxygen ,
implies stressing the body in exercise and eating. This sounds like we would have to eat oxygen to learn how to use it by no exercise and gain
the advantages of now stress or exercise.. But the fact that microwaved curry has the 2 sides and the 3 interval of clover and cinnamon as the
resulting O2CH6 as metabolic oxygen may be used to create the gap that may be linked to the other side of oxygen usage by combining
curry(microwaved in less than 1 minute) +clover+cinnamon.= the crystals of microwaved curry that are as sweet as the clover and cinnamon added to
it when making food. So to gain oxygen without eating the curry as microwaved and the clover and cinnamon as non microwaved =the same as microwaved
curry with or without it as the space that becomes created wherein the oxygen has the same kilojules of the carbohydrate as breathing.
LORD SHIVA and the use of his arms to connect the left with the right and the right with the left as the chemical formula may indicate the combinations of the clover and cinnamon with the curry molecule as the metabolic oxygen as = blue oxygen.
Conclusion: Every biological substance may have in it the components that are used to heighten them by various methods of applied energy.

Oxygen and Metabolism
Metabolism is defined as "taking food and converting it to energy". Our bodies need oxygen on a moment to moment basis. They will begin to rapidly deteriorate without adequate supply. Efficiency of oxygen conversion into cellular energy is a key to the use of its energy; therefore oxygen has in effect its own metabolism. Oxygen is a lot like food.
Improving oxygen intake, uptake, and assimilation is critical to the body’s energy and as an inhibitor to disease and decay. Movement invites need for more oxygen but to move uses up oxygen. To digest and assimilate food uses up oxygen. Probably every bodily function uses up oxygen in varying degrees.
Muscular activity accelerates the rate of oxygen usage. Taking in large quantities of oxygen via large expenditures of physical effort can condition the organism to function with more efficiency; to be more durable. But this process often causes distress to the organism. Given no need to defend, durability does not ensure longevity.
Where does the breathing come into play is the balance between stress and distress. A certain level of stress can be helpful and beyond that harmful. Is stress needed to ensure sufficient oxygen metabolism? Depends on the physical activity and level of skill or endurance required; Slaying dragons yes; walking in the sunshine, much less so.
As the activity increases in stress towards distress we need the breathing to stay deep and easy even more and more. Why is that?
Stress can condition but that is not the key to longevity Stress that conditions is most often harmful. Maximum energy intake with minimal energy. If stress and conditioning helped the organism survive then why do athletes not live to at least 120. The key to the healthiest conditions from a longevity standpoint is that the way we breathe is our primary stress modulator expenditure is the key to longevity. Dynamics of living often require action. There is an oxygen cost of living.
This implies that balance might be extremely relevant. Balance between depth, ease and smoothness of breathing and cellular replenishment; ease, flow and regeneration.
Moderate stress can require the organism to adapt to higher requirements. Taking in as much oxygen as possible with the minimal expenditure of oxygen can aid to oxygen usage efficiency/metabolism.
“Physical training and practice increases ventilitory threshold, anaerobic threshold and mechanical efficiency” 1 but it does not ensure longevity.
“Regular body movement with increased breathing action aids to adaptation toward increased functional efficiency in the uptake and utilization of oxygen from the blood”1. Fast movement will condition to acting fast. Slow movement will condition to acting slow. Fast is more stressful then is slow to moderate. Faster movement requires faster breathing. Slow movement allows for slower breathing. Metabolizing our oxygen food takes a certain amount of time. Most of us do not take the time to breathe.
Optimal Breathing development programs require little to no movement, are done most often slowly and therefore provide significantly high efficiencies in building oxygen reserves and aiding in oxygen metabolism.
Here are my list of priorities in my order of importance. You can also create your own program from this list or choose from several programs listed at the end of this page.
Metabolic oxygen may also exist in the upper atmosphere helping to sustain the blue spectrum of the refracted light from stars.

molecular formula for microwaved curry as having it's own sweetness components that are dehydrated out of the molecule as the crystals that have in them the clover and cinnamon which would otherwise be input into a curry mix from external sources. This may indicate that most foods have some type of memory response where mimicking the curry and it's additional ingredients may be occurring just as water may have frequencies of various mixes of juice and give some patterns when made to vibrate at some frequency.
Basically the crystals indicate some cycle by which they are bound together at each end and defines the SOURCE PATTERN of the way foods or vegetation have their memory cycle imprint as doing various functions of breathing or pulsing or many other applications as functioning with vegetable memory and the imprints that help humans live longer.
The PILIA indicates the PHILIA of the planet type curry.
The way that the cinnamon as the tubules of the obvious response to the clovers and their heads as related to the displacement of the curry through the main body of the clover and the cinnamon tubules that displace this by the oxygen effect that makes the substance flow by oxygen meaning dryness.
Indicating a new or very ancient philia of plants that did not hydrate like the plants do in our current Earth faze. There must have been some very dry age of the planet Earth where the CURRY + CLOVES+CINNAMON were combined and survived due to oxygen only. No need for photosynthesis.
