Scifi science of cryogenic sleep, body and weak muscles in space and the massage methods.

Muscular anthropy as muscular degeneration that might be
worked out by massage therapy.
I'm on the insight mission and have often received massage therapy so it think it has more benefits than the cardio vascular work outs in space being done.
With the regular zero gravity work being done the physiotherapy needs to be , non stressful ,meaning that doing the exercises will not help much when the
results are still muscle anthropy.
Importance of Physiotherapy in Space. To stay healthy inspace, astronauts are scheduled to exercise for two and a half hours per day for six days per week. Most, however, exercise seven days per week. They perform both cardio and resistance exercises to keep their muscles and bones strong.
You need the massage to give the signals to the body and the brain responses to relate to relaxation of the main muscular tension son that the brain gets the positive signal that it's ok to relax. It's the space time of the body being pressed in specific points on the body where the stress first appears so it is the diagnostic tool in defining why the pain is there and how to make relief of the pain or stress by non usage of the muscles.
Massage therapy and physical therapy, two professions within this field, both have the same goal - to restore function and relieve pain. Both use exercises and soft tissue manipulation to help their patients, albeit in different ways. ... Both can both be rewarding professions.

- Massage therapy dates back thousands of years. References to massage appear in ancient writings from China, Japan, India, and Egypt.
- In general, massage therapists work on muscle and other soft tissue to help you feel better.
- In Swedish massage, the therapist uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration, and tapping.
- Sports massage combines techniques of Swedish massage and deep tissue massage to release chronic muscle tension. It’s adapted to the needs of athletes.
- Myofascial trigger point therapy focuses on trigger points—areas that are painful when pressed and are associated with pain elsewhere in the body.
- Massage therapy is sometimes done using essential oils as a form of aromatherapy.
When you're in space you will probably feel a type of vibratory degeneration that is the amount of stress in the body growing as one frequency builds on another and it continues.
There is some data on this , but even though it's astro physics i think it could work.
Molecular vibrations. The positions of atoms in a molecules are not fixed; they are subject to a number of different vibrations. Vibrations fall into the two main catagories of stretching and bending. Stretching: Change in inter-atomic distance along bond axis. Bending: Change in angle between two bonds.
So in place of the molecules , make an image of the muscles.
These fundamental vibrations are referred to as "normal modes". Thus, a non-linear molecule has 3N-6 normal modes. For water the number of normal modes is 3 (3 x 3 - 6 = 3). For linear molecules there are 3N-5 normal modes.
As related to the water in the body that applies the muscular anthropy due to frequencies in the body that keep on going until you're jelly and wobbling like it.
to get the mode on the way in and out of the cognitive degeneration of the body:
Number of vibrational modes. In order for a vibrational mode in a sample to be "IR active", it must be associated with changes in the dipole moment. A permanent dipole is not necessary, as the rule requires only a change in dipole moment. A molecule can vibrate in many ways, and each way is called a vibrational mode.
So link the muscular dipole as muscular and cognitive.

Objective. Whole-body vibration (WBV) is a popular fitness trend based on claims of increased muscle mass, weight loss and reduced joint pain. ... In this report, we examined potential mechanisms underlying disc degeneration following exposure of mice to WBV.

OBJECTIVE:To assess the effects of axial vibrations on gene expression and lumbar intervertebral disc degeneration in vivo.
METHODS:A modified bipedal rat model was established using a brachial plexus rhizotomy approach to imitate human upright posture. The experimental animals were randomly divided into three groups: control, vertical vibration, and whole-body vibration. Gene expression in degeneration of the intervertebral discs was assessed by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction.
RESULTS:The expression of aggrecan, Col1α1, Col2α1, and decorin were shown to be up-regulated in 14-week-old rats in the vertical vibration and whole-body vibration groups, whereas biglycan and versican expression was down-regulated in 14-week-old rats of the two experimental groups. Furthermore, biglycan and versican expression levels were shown to be lower in the whole-body vibration group than in the vertical vibration group (P < 0.05).
CONCLUSIONS:This in-vivo study demonstrated that vibrations can influence the expression of anabolic genes. Furthermore, whole-body vibrations seem to have a greater effect in this regard than vertical vibrations. A new method is expected to relieve the low back pain of the patients through our research.

The current state of scientific knowledge of the biodynamic behaviour of the vertebral column under the influence of whole-body vibration whilst sitting and results from epidemiological studies caused the medical board of experts on occupational health of the Federal Ministry of Labour in Germany to add a new occupational disease to the official list of occupational diseases. The occupational disease “diseases of the lumbar spine from disc degeneration caused by long-term (mainly vertical) whole-body vibration exposure” has been introduced. The medical preconditions with the symptoms and the diagnostic methods are presented. With regard to the occupational preconditions for the acknowledgement of this occupational disease, a procedure is suggested which leads to the determination of the total occupational vibration exposure dose. Another requirement for recognition is that the chronic recurrent complaints have caused the patient to avoid any form of vibration exposure.
So vibrations are no good when they are uncontrolled and is probably the "why" of the body being unable to slow down ageing but it could possibly be the way to slow down the body functions in cryogenic sleep for astronauts to take very long voyages to other star systems.
more on that later.

of course the development of the various technologies for massage mashines that you strap onto your body are also good for the astronaut who needs the portability and good focus on the muscles as when doing no activity on the space stations of the future.

Cryogenic sleep for very long duration voyages to outer space may also apply the functions of the massage units that keeps the body displacing the body fluids without any problems of degeneration. You apply massage to the feet and then with the head so that the connection activates the cognitive center of the brain and it's spinal chord conductivity so that the body keeps it going with the energy of it as conserved massage energy when in deep sleep with an applied cooling of the body so that the massage mechanism keeps the body warm and cold in the muscle responses to use the friction of the muscles to keep the body heat displacing one degree per year in cryo sleep.
So to find the conductivity of cold you need the superconductive materials of the massage surface applying the +- current of the body to cycle in a slowed down rate.
When the superconductive nodes are applied to the face, they massage in some regular way so similar to the muscles being in the , "levitated state" that they may connect
other levitated parts of the body at nodes of the super conductive, 4 cm diagonal discs that then keep themselves going in touch with the other discs at points where muscle firing and neurons are located so that the cold is levitated between the muscle and the neuron firing energy is lifted with the cold functioning as the stimulus to keep on massaging so that the body heat is separate from the body cold and keeps the +- ions of the brain firing.
