This image was acquired on February 7, 2019, Sol 71 of the InSight mission where the local mean solar time for the image exposures was 17:23:23.767 PM. Each ICC image has a field of view of 124 x 124 degrees.

Hwoever i did make some tweets to nasa insight about the probability of such as flare
eing , not only a flare, but a lens effect similar to the way our own eyes will reflect light
because our eyes are like lenses. And that the flare effect occurs only because of the
presence of O2 (oxygen ) and H2O (f)(water ).
Also due to the nature of Mars being made of 0.13 %
% (approximately) of oxygen, and the
amounts of oxygen on Earth being = 20.95%oxygen
The chance of any contact of the "ability to think or use cognitive references to the center of
our cognitive hemispheres, that the decimal:
0.13 / 20.95 =0.0062052
or as the opposite
20.95 / 0.13 =161.15384
as the amount by which Earth oxygen is larger than the Mars oxygen. So hearing must be more astute on Mars, because we have to listen and the sense of the turbine effect on our hearing is that we will be pulled in the direction of wind pressure or wind sounds.
I wrote some more on the facts of the oxygen and the possibility of making a cognitive link from mars oxygen thinking to Earth oxygen thinking while listening to a U2 concert on my MP3 player and heard a person shout out loudly: " are you hearin...", which must mean that the sentence was: "are you hearing this ?".
So in all probability, the expression of the need to define the existence of oxygen environments of information between the 2 worlds of Earth and Mars, the conclusion is that the missing values assigned to the sentence as "are you herin...+g this". Meaning that the "g this" could relate to the "g number" which was universally known some years ago as the highest possible number that we could ever count.
So then, there are some other effects created by the oxygen on Mars. It is that the O2 and the lens flare could only happen if there was enough oxygen to make the polarization of it , on the lens apex as the same effect we see on the Earth's atmosphere and the creation of the blue polarization effect. Without an atmosphere this could not happen. So what we are observing with the blue dot is that it is there because of oxygen.
Other means by which oxygen may alter the light, is the way that human curiosity has created the energy field of the O2 link between Earth and Mars so that the thoughts being sent to Mars from Earth are full of positive energy of the way we are being cognitive with the thoughts sent from Earth to Mars as names on the insight mission's disc.
So our thoughts are making the same voyage as the Insight mission is making and they may be somewhat delayed, but the though being that, if you can move a measurement from Earth to mars to measure sound, then you can send one astronauts in physical shape to make the connection of breathing on Mars just as breathing on Earth. And the third function being that : " By sending the measurement instrument with the astronaut the result = the same as sending a name to which Earth observers are able to , both "breathe and think" and measure one's position on Mars.

So then, the importance of the blue point is that the oxygen is moved as our eyes make the measurements, we take some breaths and then the facts of being there to observe it must be that the whole experience has found a similar vantage point of observations, breathing and visual observations of being on Mars. This effect i define as the "similar" effect of oxygen and the blueness. Had we not had googles on while on Mars, we would probably experience the same thing because our eyes are lenses.The effect would be seen on the cornea as the background information of our sense of balance as being primeval. Meaning that everything that can be known about the eye and the primate cognition of Mars, has been measured. So then, the extra information of lens flares on Mars must be the answer to how we are using primeval cognition and hearing to find the ancient center attitude in our brains that was there long ago in the shape of grunts and groans.

The facts of a bright electrical type of light source is considered by many as the biological energy we find in blue zones on Earth. places where humans live more than 100 years because of the conditions of the place and time.
Maybe the Minkowski split in space time or the effects of the exergi of heat on the surface being the same as on the depth's of the blue zone ocean values that generates the blueness. In that case the example of the w"wind generator" that creates the sound effect at nominal values , is the same as the values of the generations of the blue lens flare meaning that the cochlea fluidity may have some affinities with the blue point and cognition as the link between our brain hemispheres.

The effect of the blue point seen in the images from Insight on Mars may be proven as the effects of reflection on the surface of Mars of some minimal polarization "point of light" that is seen to be totally interactive with the surface reflection of the sky as seen in this image from Bolivia.
The effects are due to salt and the Ear has some salt potential values of NaCl and KCl.
So perhaps in this way we are actually balancing our cognition to a higher level of perception.

I found the source information on "blue flares from blue stars that have the composition of K+ or potassium that is present in the human ear as K+ and Cl-
meaning it's a slat but also the source of the salt from KCl as from stars that give the blue flare effect.

Thus, one can imagine the excitement, when, in 1962, the French astronomers Daniel Barbier and Nina Morguleff looked at a spectrum they had taken of the G5 dwarf star HD117034 (yes, we’re good with names), and observed two bright emission lines of neutral potassium. A spectra taken the following night, showed no sign of these emission lines. They quickly wrote a summary of their observations and announced the discovery of this new class of “potassium flare stars” in the Astrophysical Journal.
It is not an unknown phenomenon that low-mass stars exhibit flares. These intense, short, outbursts of energy we know even from our own Sun, the solar flares, which are typically followed by coronal mass ejections. However, flaring stars often show emission lines from multiple elements, like silicon, iron and oxygen. Thus, it was a surprise to discover this new class of stars, that seemed to show emission only in the same two potassium lines. Over the next couple of years, another two potassium flaring stars were discovered, both observed from Observatorie de Haute-Provence, as was the case for the initial discovery. Again, the potassium emission lines were only visible in a single spectrum. Adding to the mystery was the fact that the three flaring stars were of wildly different spectral types, namely a G5 dwarf, a K7 dwarf and a B9 dwarf, where particularly the latter stands out, as B-type stars pumps out a lot of energy, meaning that potassium should be fully ionized and no emission lines from neutral potassium would be expected.
Nevertheless, since this had now been observed in different stars at different times, it would appear that a real, transient, astrophysical phenomenon had been discovered, although no one was able to explain it. This spawned a lot of interest, and an extensive search was carried out by Robert F. Wing, Manuel Peimbert and Hyron Spinrad at Lick Observatory, to discover more of these mysterious objects. Although they surveyed 162 stars, not a single potassium flare was observed. Thus, the head-scratching began. Had the astronomers who discovered the three flare stars just been incredibly lucky and made a serendipitous discovery? Or might the explanation be something a bit more down to Earth?
It had previously been suggested that the emission lines could be originating in the Earth’s atmosphere, but in this case the emission lines should have been very narrow, which was not what was observed. The astronomers at Lick Observatory then began looking for other sources of potassium emission. After some experimentation, it was found that the observed emission spectra matched quite closely the spectra of ordinary matches, if the light from the matches were able to reach the spectrograph. Several different types of matches were used, and all produced similar results. The same thing was also tested at the Observatorie de Haute-Provence, and it was found that, in certain positions, the light from the matches did indeed reach the spectrograph. Thus it would appear that the potassium flaring stars was in reality a potassium flaring member of the observatory staff, who had lit up briefly in the science literature. Following this, I bet this observatory may have been the first to see a smoking ban on the premises. Or at least anywhere near the spectrograph.
This is also a perfect example of how astronomy, and science in general, works when something weird and unexpected it found (remember the super luminal neutrinos?). Such findings need to be independently confirmed and checked rigorously, to rule out other potential explanations. In many cases these things can be explained by already known phenomenon, or an overlooked mistake somewhere, but sometimes genuinely new things are discovered, which is amazing!
