Here you can see the effect of the scattering of light back to the COBE edge as their angles are inclines of the prism that reflect at an angle to be recombined by the difference of the angle of the light type.
The galactic universe has many such angles depending which angle that is observed because the whole COBE is rotating to RECOVER the SPECTRA of each light frequency, so too the galaxies in the universe are rotatable back to their rotation positive and rotation in the opposite direction.

Dividing the prism responses back to their cause by way of the vectors of light where each galaxy has some focus on it's original color of the spectrum, so that these are SOURCED BACK to their origin in the microwave background color.These are observable vectors as the 5 primary colors as having the 5 vectors outwards from the center where our galaxy is positioned, so from there the galaxies group in 5 vectors back to the COBE background microwave edge of the universe.
