Lets start with:

About the facts of no Monarchy having the rights to land ownership on other planets.
So the facts of Mars and land on it is related to no royal rule of the land on Mars. Meaning that
what was once the rule of the hardships of one royal family by way of history and the conflicts
imposed on them or with others against each other for the continuous change of the value of
specific lands and their rulers. So the Earth's inner core has very large value ,i will define as being
=hard laws and hard facts.
So by way of Mars not having such historical backgrounds of conflict to define ownership of it, there are
some other ways to grade the value of it as the types of political or even digital governments of it as
having greater criteria than Earth ownership because the facts of space travel is many thousands of percent
more difficult to explore with the laws of physics and the technology.
So what will happen? to the rule of land such as on Mars?.
Will the difficulty or difficulties of space travel and the exact science of being on other planets, other star systems and
in large ,in the galaxy, become the same centered model that royals once used in the development of history and it's
values as centered.
Will technology define the need for the exact science as centered in the core of Mars as having grades, much greater to rule
than royal power over them.
Mars has already made the first step to define the matter value of the Mars core. How?. By the Insight probe that will
define the center or core of Mars and the facts to the whole landscape of such technological values as needed in the
future laws of the land as the matter having some implications. Those , being the matter link to the radius and diagonal
and the circumference of the planet Mars.
This will of course have some political value together with technology. There is much said of the exo politics for space
exploration and the types of rule of the land.
Even if the land is not free, or if it is, or if it has no value and more so, if it never will have any value , the fact of the
cyber technology may help to prove that humans can be anywhere without spending too much money for the personal
use of the technology. It's easy nowadays to use the virtual reality to be ,in a sense, almost there for real.
But can an economical model of government on Mars be based on the "total freedom " of use of the Mars surface and
what kind of approach would that be?.
Currently there are more laws made in space exploration than the sum of all the political laws made by royals,so
in some way, what Kennedy said of the facts of space exploration as: " Not because they are easy but because they are
hard!.
So what is known of the laws of space exploration and the exploration of planetary surfaces must be hard indeed if you
think in terms of the stability needed to keep all of them stable with the inner core of Mars as for example, that all the
technology on Mars does not destabilize the core of Mars and that much work will be done to keep it hard so that any
extra force acting on Mars in the future does not wobble Mars away to a different orbit or that it over heats. Much like
our Earth is over heating , but in terms of millions of years of human influence. This influence could take over Mars
in a decade maybe one thousand years, who knows.
But what is known is that it is hard.
Because if Mars inner core is dormant, then there is no problem of settling in areas where volcanic reactions occur because
of the pressure effect of cities. Neither will there be any sudden increases in heat generated by geological and thermal activity.
And there are neither sudden shifts in tech tonic plates of Mars continental drift, so we would never have Mars quakes.

The agreement exists to promote the exploration of outer space but to keep the moon and other celestial bodies in pristine conditions for the common heritage of man, meaning that no nation may claim sovereignty over any part of space. All countries should have equal rights to conduct research on the moon or other celestial bodies. Weapons of mass destruction of any kind including nuclear and bases built for military purposes are specifically banned by the treaty.[24] The United Nations resolution also states that all State Parties may conduct their enterprises below the surface of the moon or any celestial body so long as efforts are made to protect it from contamination. All activities in space are required to be attached to a nation and any damages to other nations equipment or facilities caused by another party must be repaid in full to that nation. Any discovery of a dangerous hazard such as an area that is radioactive must notify the United Nations Secretary General and the greater international scientific community immediately.
All missions in space lasting longer than 60 days must notify the UN Secretary General and the greater scientific community every 30 days of progress. Any samples that are collected from space must be made available at earliest convenience to the scientific community. The agreement does not include objects that fall to earth by natural means. [25] Currently not a single nation that conducts its own missions in space is has ratified the agreement.[26] This likely signifies that the 'Moon Treaty is likely a failed treaty because none of the nations that actually go into space signed or ratified the agreement.[27]
The facts of the Mars insight as having 2 extra satellites around Mars as the cubesats, in orbit may help to indicate the extrapolation of the positional data on the center core of Mars and the
values needed to extrapolate the values of Earth's inner core as the way between them would indicate the hardness of the technology needed to define Mars manned landings.
In mathematics, extrapolation is the process of estimating, beyond the original observation range, the value of a variable on the basis of its relationship with another variable. It is similar to interpolation, which produces estimates between known observations, but extrapolation is subject to greater uncertainty and a higher risk of producing meaningless results. Perhaps the fact of their presence being enough to influence human evolution as seen in the movie "A space odyssey 2001".The monolith represents the symmetry of the extra polated surface as hardness of the technological civilization that has left remnants of it's existence behind in our solar system.

An example of how extrapolation works in physics.
The choice for the best psychology of being an astronaut on Mars as:
Extrapolation would seem simple to the astronaut walking on Mars because, the points along the motion have exact references to walking on Earth.
But try searching for the "extrapolation of psychology" and you will find only limited ways of thinking that use the bias of the type of reference points.
This has been influenced by the concept of the sovereign patient and the cost values of the highest care= the most probable similarity to one type
of economy for one patient.
Some of them relate to what is: "non human animal" and are the bias set for the comparisons of the type of being found on other places, other planets
and the use of the extrapolation to make the comparison with the reference to scientific method using only one center of cognition. So the extra center of Mars is missing and the most probable outlook is that there is no real law of thought, even for aliens from other planets. May seem strange considering that when mars astronauts walk on the surface of the red planet there will be ,one centered comparisons of people thinking about them on live TV of the event. This view would not be extrapolated when we already have data coming in from the Mars insight probe on Mars giving us geological core data in some time.So we would know of 2 cores as extrapolated ,not one, and it would not be of the Moon ,as "satellite" data.
Most of these "one centered" views are so because of the ancient history of Earth and the facts of the Sovereign rule and other civilizations as imposing their need for the 1 center of it. As such,the values of other planets are not there and even the trends that are showing as regards the "singularity" of some point in our development that will unify everything is also somewhat faulty. The facts are, Insight is already on it, making the measurements of the extra center of the 4th planet.
