sent to Steven Greer today with an answer of project "UNACKNOWLEDGED" importance.

I'm thinking about Kennedy and the reason why the space relationships of the Moon missions of Apollo were specific to the volume of space in which the Moon moved some distance and the amount of rotation and the size of it as related to the "Non COST" of the Kennedy motivations to do this without any payments to any specific organization. However when Kennedy was no more, the obvious "illegal secrecy", regarding his plans as being cost effective, that the Deep black had the tally on the total of the money spent and kept it secret. It's probably there right infront of us, so I'm checking the web for the amount of money spent.
from the space review:
Everybody knows that the Apollo program costs $20 billion in 1970s dollars—the equivalent of $100 billion in today's money. But that's about ... For instance, who knows how much the Space Shuttle and the International Space Station programs cost? ... How much does it cost to spent a day onboard ISS?
So then, this was probably multiplied by the KENNEDY life insurance policy and kept in the dark regarding the same amount of space on the Mars manned mission data of the orbit and volume of the planet as made into computations of the continuum of the space per unit of volume as the way that the costs are translated in larger sizes.
This would define the DEEP BLACK secrecy as each minute of Mars rotation would cost some billion dollars. Making the whole cost for one Mars rotation= some trillion dollars ,and the whole mission for the manned mission there and back as the INSURANCE POLICY in motion as the rate at which one gets there and back as the main multiple.

Because the human ratio of the cost of one human to space was related to the value that Kennedy laid on it, the cost was minimal in reference to making it safe. So in this way Kennedy said that it would be the greatest adventure in human history. As such there were other interests that did not want this RATIO of one human in reference to the cost of Kennedy as having value of his term in office.
So it was problematic in terms of the money needed for future missions when people were already excluding the facts that Kennedy would not be alive to see it.
So the ratio became the function by which people in "illegal secrecy" wanted to control this ratio = amount of payment as working in office / the minimal costs of the adventure.
Because the job of employing Kennedy was seen as "NON DOABLE" in the close future, with the specifics of his ambition, leadership and determination, the type of person needed to do something like Kennedy had done would be "illegal secrecy" in reference to another GIANT BUDGET of ADVENTURE, so instead they made the SPACE PRESIDENT function as "non encouraged" due to his early death and people in government made plans for more computerized types of SPACE TECHNOLOGY where the human cost could be hidden to make it seem as though it were a true adventure controlled by computers and digital technology that would run the secret functions of the value of one person in space as the value of his survival in such an adventure.
